Welcome to NY Crafters LLC. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Orders

All products created by NY Crafters LLC are custom-made based on the information, artwork, and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, spelling, colors, sizes, and order details before production begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is subject to change based on:

Quantity ordered

Design complexity

Material costs

Rush order requests

Changes requested after the quote is issued

3. Order Approval

Production will begin only after:

The customer approves the final design or proof.

Any required deposit or payment has been received.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted may include:

Credit or Debit Card

PayPal

Square

Other approved payment methods

A deposit may be required for custom orders.

Full payment is required before products are shipped or picked up unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production Times

Production times vary depending on:

Order size

Design complexity

Material availability

Seasonal demand

Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted to NY Crafters LLC.

NY Crafters LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

7. Color Variations

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

Computer or phone screen settings

Printing methods

Fabric materials

Manufacturer differences

Minor color variations do not qualify as defects.

8. Product Inspection

Customers should inspect all products upon receipt.

Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 5 business days of delivery or pickup.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted because materials and labor have already been committed.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs created by NY Crafters LLC remain the property of NY Crafters LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, sell, or distribute original artwork created by NY Crafters LLC without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

NY Crafters LLC shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Customer errors in submitted information

Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share customer information except as necessary to process orders and provide our services.

13. Changes to These Terms

NY Crafters LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
