1. Custom Orders
All products created by NY Crafters LLC are custom-made based on the information, artwork, sizes, colors, quantities, and specifications approved or provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all designs, proofs, spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, placements, and other order details before production begins. NY Crafters LLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors discovered after production has started
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change based on:
Quantity ordered
Design complexity
Material costs
Rush order requests
Changes requested after the quote is issued
A quote is an estimate based on the information available at the time it is prepared and does not reserve production time. Final pricing may change if the customer changes the quantity, product, design, specifications, materials, deadline, or other order requirements.
3. Order Approval
Production will begin only after:
The customer approves the final design or proof.
Any required deposit or payment has been received.
Once production begins, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
Approval may be provided in writing or electronically, including by email, text message, online form, or other documented communication.
4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before products are shipped or picked up unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is considered complete only after the payment has been successfully processed and received. Any payment that is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful may delay production, pickup, delivery, or shipping.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers represent that they own or have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, or permission to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, images, designs, or other artwork they submit to NY Crafters LLC for production.
NY Crafters LLC is not responsible for claims arising from customer-supplied artwork when the customer did not have the necessary rights or permission to use that artwork.
7. Color Variations
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

Printing methods
Fabric materials
Manufacturer differences
Minor color variations do not qualify as defects
Because of these factors, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing before production.
8. Product Inspection
Customers should inspect all products upon receipt.
Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.
Customers should include a description of the issue and, when applicable, photographs showing the affected product so that NY Crafters LLC can review the concern.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted because materials and labor have already been committed.
If an order is canceled before production begins, any refund will be determined based on work already completed and costs already incurred. Customers remain responsible for the cost of blank garments, products, supplies, materials, special-order items, and other non-refundable expenses purchased specifically for their order.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original artwork and designs created solely by NY Crafters LLC remain the intellectual property of NY Crafters LLC.
11. Limitation of Liability
NY Crafters LLC shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Customer errors in submitted information
Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of NY Crafters LLC related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product or order.
12. Privacy
